YURURI’s torisashi (chicken sashimi) uses Kagawa Jidori, a free-range chicken discovered after the owner—who has over 30 years of culinary experience—traveled across Japan in search of the finest flavors.Its umami unfolds with every bite, balanced with a satisfying texture and exceptional freshness.

We offer sasami (tenderloin), kimo (liver), and momo (thigh),
each served simply as sashimi to highlight its natural character.
And because we are so confident in its freshness,

we also prepare chicken sashimi nigiri. The moment it touches your tongue, the umami of jidori chicken and the seasoned rice melt together—a dish that brings a spontaneous smile.

Made with generous amounts of plump large shrimp, this Japanese-style carbonara is rich yet has a clean aftertaste.
