Course reservations and group reservations
Reservations and cancellations
At YURURI, we prepare each seat and every ingredient with care, so that every guest can leave with the feeling, “I’m glad I came.”
For this reason, we kindly ask for your understanding regarding our cancellation policy, which applies to course meals and reservations for groups of six or more.
We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
Cancellation of reservation/change in number of people
If you wish to cancel or change the number of people, please call us at least 3 days before your reservation date.
Cancellation fee
If you cancel or change the number of people after the deadline, the following cancellation fees will be charged.
・Up to 2 days before: 30% of the course fee (or estimated total amount)
・The day before: 50% of the course fee (or estimated bill amount)
・On the day (if contacted): 80% of the course fee (or estimated total amount)
・Cancellation without notice: 100% of the course fee (or estimated bill amount)
*If the number of people changes, a cancellation fee will be charged for the number of people who have decreased.
*Payment will be made by sending an invoice at a later date.

We appreciate your understanding as this is due to the need to purchase and prepare ingredients.
If you have any allergies or food allergies, please let us know before the cancellation deadline.
Reservations for seats only
Cancellation of seat-only reservations
At Yururi, we aim to ensure that as many customers as possible can enjoy their meals.
As a general rule, there is no cancellation fee for reservations of seats only.
However, in order to ensure that we make good use of the limited seating, we ask for your cooperation in the following points.
Cancellation and change notification
If you are unable to attend, please contact us as soon as possible.
Please complete the cancellation or change procedure via the form or by phone.
Regarding cancellations without notice
If we do not receive any contact from you and are unable to confirm your arrival within 30 minutes of your reservation time, we will be forced to consider your reservation an “unauthorized cancellation” and give your seat to another customer.
Future reservations
If you continue to cancel without notice, we may refuse to accept your future reservations.
